ASSU and SSE

The Associated Students of Stanford University (ASSU) is the student government; all Stanford students are members of the Association.

Stanford Student Enterprises (SSE) is the business arm of the ASSU; it runs a number of businesses whose profits benefit the ASSU.

A bike donation event held on White Plaza during the annual student move-out process in June featured a special partnership with the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, which uses some of those donated bicycles to help patients with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. more»
